Bridgeway 2001 Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon
- Tasting Notes:
- An elegant, flavorful wine from the standout 2001 vintage, the Bridgeway Cabernet opens with intense blackberry/floral aromas accompanied by accents of rose petals and blueberries. On the palate, rich plum flavors are accented by touches of blackberry jam and cassis, with a hint of licorice. The ripe tannins and well-rounded body contribute to a velvety texture. The wine finishes smoothly, with intriguing tannins and a slight dustiness.
